Every time I make it up to this ramp off of I-787 in Albany, I'm treated to one of the best
views of the city. This particular evening was especially impressive with the wind streaking the clouds across the sky and
during this long exposure I caught the trailing lights of the traffic on the ramps heading in and around Empire State Plaza.
